Sarah is motivated to become a social worker because of her strong desire to help vulnerable people in her community. But then she starts working at a severely income and , it does not have enough employees at the nonprofit organization . She has to do her best to manage multiple cases, work overtime without pay, and often feels overwhelmed and unsupported.And therefore, she decides to take matters into her own hands and starts advocating for better funding and resources for her organization. She starts organizing protests and rallies and reaching out to local officials and community leaders to bring attention to the issue. This led to her becoming a well-known figure in her community and her organization finally receiving the desperately needed funding and support.
