But then she starts working at a severely income and , it does not have enough employees at the nonprofit organization. She has to do her best to manage multiple cases, work overtime without pay, and often feels overwhelmed and unsupported. And therefore, she decides to take matters into her own hands and starts advocating for better funding and resources for her organization. She starts organizing protests and rallies and reaching out to local officials and community leaders to bring attention to the issue. This led to her becoming a well-known figure in her community and her organization finally receiving the desperately needed funding and support. And finally, you won't believe it, but her efforts led to the creation of a new law that mandates better funding and resources for nonprofit organizations working with vulnerable populations. This matters to everyone walking the face of the earth because it highlights the importance of fighting for social justice and the impact that one person can make when they stand up for what is right. In this character-centered story, the spark is Sarah's desire to help vulnerable people in her community.

The question it poses for her is whether she has the resilience and determination to fight for better funding and resources for her organization. The ending will need to answer whether she succeeds in achieving her goal.
